Drizzling spring morning thoughts

To be here is to see hear and become acquainted with the rain, sunshine, magestic waters .All things Maritime are in a highly unique way created and shaped by the sea.I hope you gain a perspective of what we are, what we are becoming, and what we cherish as Maritimers. Tapah leat!

Thought

posted by K Carter Steeves
Its one of those snowy late afternoons, forlorn with threats of deep snow coming in over the already white flanked lake.A deep wind is howling off over the winded waters, pelting south east.
I'm sipping my tea, curled into a fleece comforter while the fire blazes here into my gaze still missing my all to busy life in the big city. I'm not feeling any regrets about leaving I feel stronger and more confident its the proper way to go.A simpler life style more engaged in natural beauty is what I want. The rural life.
I simply felt a brighter shine somehow when all the glam of the city was around me.Adapting to the beauty here is a subtle internal shift that Yeats understood about the rural people of Ireland.Reading here now in front of the fire makes it all seem so clear. The joy I feel here is in my soul and will be here for eternity. This lake, fields, and sky light up a kind of confusion and flatness I feel at this time in my life.Aging can lack inspiration
Today in the threat of storm I write because I love to write,to keep alive my talent to write and practice my craft,to keep alive communication with the Universe.
I like to put pen to paper pencil to pages to see the lead flow out over the white page into letters and form words they are so important.I love to learn.I love to make the pictures come into being with words then furl off into the mind of another and to the Universal Oneness.
In the beginning was the word and the word was made flesh. As I sit here now this word/spirit is known in me.I am that I am.
Blessings
